A versatile and experienced business executive with solid background in human resource management, strategic planning and strategy implementation, business start-up training, recruitment, management training, family business training, human resources management, budgeting, financial advisory, customer relationship management and project management.

I hold a BCom in Management degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and an MBA with the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI). I also hold a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe to which I am a full member. I acquired a Diploma in Business Administration which I studied with the Zimbabwe Institute of Management, and also a Certificate in Project Planning Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of Zimbabwe.

I contribute to global management knowledge through my interactions on Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook. I also publish articles in Zimbabwe local newspapers like the Financial Gazette, Google+, my blog and the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe’s Manpower Magazine.

My working experience spans for nearly thirty years and I worked in strategic human resource management, salaries administration, accounting, financial advisory, sales and consulting. I have international experience in the United Kingdom and Zimbabwe. I have recently been involved in providing HR and recruitment services in the UK. My contribution involves providing solutions through an objective holistic analysis, and tailor-make solutions accordingly. I have been involved in the establishment of an integrated human resources management function in the Public Service Commission.  I also provide business coaching to corporates and individuals on an evidence based approach.
