Bsc honors degree in Local Governance Studies from MSU and an Executive Certificate in Project Monitoring and Evaluation, UZ

Prior to joining On The Rock consultancy Pedzi worked for the Combined Harare Residents Association  as an Intern for 1 year and from there went on to work at the Ministry of Local Government  as an Intern for 1 year. Thus, Pedzi has extensive knowledge in governance issues particularly cooperate governance , change management,strategic planning ,monitoring and evaluation of systems.

Pedzi has a passion for generating feasible results delivered in collaboration with the client. She has excellent communication skills which enables her to relate with clients of all backgrounds.
